DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Explore and develop business opportunities to foster the expansion of Conicle products and services (mainly our learning management system and B2B educational content)
- Maintain and regularly improve business models, business processes, partner relations, by keeping a global business landscape vision
- Collaborate efficiently with the various internal teams in order to respond to the requests of our partners and B2B users of our services
- Build and maintain good relationships with external partners and participate in the creation of collaboration model(s)
- Identify current best practices aimed at developing human resources according to market movements and business strategy to attract potential customers and partners
- Research, identify and remain informed of movements made by our competitors and trends in the edTech sector in order to participate in shaping the overall strategy of the company
- Build reports and presentations based on data collected or provided by third-party teams such as revenue models, partnership models, sales presentations, sales packages, etc.
- Ad-hoc works and the other tasks as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience in selling digital product, services or in the SaaS industry (such as HCM, ERP, CRM or EdTech etc.) is mandatory
- Experience in launching new products for customers is preferable
- Good interpersonal skills and service mind, passion for sales, confidence and ability to communicate effectively on different channels (face to face, virtual or phone call)
- Advanced skills in using office programs such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet tools is a huge plus
- Good presentation and business negotiation skills
- Self-driven, result oriented person, able to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn new things in a fast-moving environment
- Energetic and passionate
- Team player with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, humility and a sharp focus on business impact
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development, sales, marketing or account executive role, ideally in the SaaS industry
