DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources:

  • Collaborate closely with the People Operation Lead for smooth execution of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit employee reports to government agencies; ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage visa and work permit applications for expatriate staff.
  • Develop and implement people analytics reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records; manage compensation data in HRIS.
  • Support Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including managing employee assets.

Administration:

  • Handle delivery and receipt of documents and parcels.
  • Assist in maintaining IT operations; manage IT purchases and inventory.
  • Inspect and maintain workplace cleanliness and safety; manage facility maintenance.
  • Schedule and manage housekeeping tasks; coordinate with service providers.
  • Oversee ordering and storage of office supplies; maintain inventory and stock levels.
  • Perform additional duties to support overall efficiency.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in HR & Admin field
