DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources:
- Collaborate closely with the People Operation Lead for smooth execution of operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit employee reports to government agencies; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage visa and work permit applications for expatriate staff.
- Develop and implement people analytics reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records; manage compensation data in HRIS.
- Support Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including managing employee assets.
Administration:
- Handle delivery and receipt of documents and parcels.
- Assist in maintaining IT operations; manage IT purchases and inventory.
- Inspect and maintain workplace cleanliness and safety; manage facility maintenance.
- Schedule and manage housekeeping tasks; coordinate with service providers.
- Oversee ordering and storage of office supplies; maintain inventory and stock levels.
- Perform additional duties to support overall efficiency.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in HR & Admin field
