DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the CEO with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing their calendar, and organizing activities.
- Draft and edit emails, letters, reports, and presentations, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, prioritizing and filtering them as needed.
- Work with other teams to resolve day-to-day and operational issues.
- Prepare management reports and assist with special or ad-hoc projects.
- Arrange local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for C-level executives and management as required.
- Take meeting minutes and help organize and maintain important documents.
- Assist with some personal tasks and other assignments as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of Thai and English (speaking, writing and reading).
- Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think ahead to anticipate needs.
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and willing to take on different challenges.
- Driving License is preferable.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree in any field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Personal Assistant, Secretary, Coordinator or related field.
