DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the CEO with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing their calendar, and organizing activities.
  • Draft and edit emails, letters, reports, and presentations, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, prioritizing and filtering them as needed.
  • Work with other teams to resolve day-to-day and operational issues.
  • Prepare management reports and assist with special or ad-hoc projects.
  • Arrange local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for C-level executives and management as required.
  • Take meeting minutes and help organize and maintain important documents.
  • Assist with some personal tasks and other assignments as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of Thai and English (speaking, writing and reading).
  • Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think ahead to anticipate needs.
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and willing to take on different challenges.
  • Driving License is preferable.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Personal Assistant, Secretary, Coordinator or related field.
