DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Develop plans for SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns. Monitor and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Use data insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.
  • Able to create the package and pricing plan including for special campaign events.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution. Experience in content community, networking is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinking with a strong ability to problem-solve and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • Experience in Digital Marketing Strategy for B2C target at least 3 years
