DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run Customer relationship management process after Sales and Project Manager have approached clients to keep engaged and maintain a good relationship with existing clients for continuous program
  • Create loyalty plan or program to attract existing clients and ensure clients satisfy on product and continue agreement with company
  • Assist clients on offline training such as research and select suitable course for clients, course outline, design and activity
  • Collaborate with Partnership teams to arrange blended program for clients
  • Coordinate with internal team members to create artwork design of products’ release, both features and contents, and distribute to clients
  • Create a monthly status report by tracking customer usage
  • Update file of Customer and Project Directory
  • Adjust and Config Platform for customers' site such as Demo, Stg. and Prd.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Software, online and offline training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills in English and Thai
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members
  • Service minded attitude and positive thinking
  • Good command of English
  • Detail oriented, work under pressure, responsibility, mature



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
  • At least 2 years work experience in Customer Relationship Management, Corporate Communication, Public Relation or any related position
