DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with clients and prospects to identify in-depth corporate learning and development related objectives or requirements
- Design executable corporate learning and development related solutions by maximizing Conicle Total Solutions based on client's requirements
- Provide useful consultation that helps support clients towards their successful learning and development objectives
- Collaborate across Academy and Conicle Total Solutions teams to successfully deliver solutions to fulfill client's objectives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficient in corporate learning and development and/or change management
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in visualizing ideas with data into presentations
- Able to work independently and collaborate well with diverse groups of people
- Creative with calm and mature personality
- Good command in English
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in HRD, Talent Development, or related consultant services
- Participated in a least 5 successful or transformation projects delivery to internal/ external clients
- Proven records in development and delivery of corporate learning and development programs with more than 10 target potentials each
