DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and customize Including Integrate the CRM system with other business tools and software to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient customer data management, including data entry, validation, and maintenance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all customer information systems.
- Generate and analyze customer data reports to provide insights into customer behavior, trends, and opportunities.
- Identify and analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective process changes.
- Utilize data analysis tools to generate reports and dashboards that support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Work closely with Customer Development Streamline to ensure that CRM and data management solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues and data management concerns.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI,).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter and flexible to create new things to support organization’s direction and objective.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience at least 3 years in a Business Intelligence or related role
