DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure and customize Including Integrate the CRM system with other business tools and software to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient customer data management, including data entry, validation, and maintenance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all customer information systems.
  • Generate and analyze customer data reports to provide insights into customer behavior, trends, and opportunities.
  • Identify and analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective process changes.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to generate reports and dashboards that support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with Customer Development Streamline to ensure that CRM and data management solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues and data management concerns.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI,).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter and flexible to create new things to support organization’s direction and objective.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience at least 3 years in a Business Intelligence or related role
